Delivery Areas
Toygear ships Australia-wide.
Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries to remote or regional locations.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.
Toygear is not liable for delays that are outside of our reasonable control once an order has been dispatched.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify Toygear within 48 hours of delivery (where practical) and provide photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
Prompt notification allows us to investigate the matter with the courier as quickly as possible.
Transit Damage
Toygear takes every reasonable care to ensure all products are securely packaged before dispatch.
Once an order has been collected, delivery is carried out by an independent courier service.
Neither Toygear nor our courier services provide transit insurance as part of standard shipping. If damage occurs during transit, Toygear will work with the customer and the courier to investigate the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you authorise the courier to leave your order without obtaining a signature, responsibility for the goods transfers once the courier has delivered the order to the nominated location.
Toygear is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed under an Authority to Leave instruction.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details when placing an order.
If incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in a failed delivery, returned parcel, or re-delivery, additional freight charges may apply.
Large Products
Ride-on vehicles are supplied in cartons and require customer assembly.
Please retain all packaging until the product has been unpacked, assembled, inspected, and tested to ensure all parts are present and the vehicle is operating correctly.
