Manufacturer's Warranty

Toygear provides the following manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery:

• Ride-on vehicle: 12 months
• Batteries: 6 months
• Chargers: 12 months
• Remote controls: 12 months

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or incorrect assembly
• Water damage
• Commercial or rental use
• Failure to follow battery charging and storage instructions
• Change of mind after assembly 

Warranty Claims

Customers should contact Toygear with:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the issue
• A description of the problem

Toygear may provide replacement parts, repair assistance, replacement products, or other remedies as required by law.

Limitation

This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
