We offer a limited 12 month warranty on all electronic ride-on cars purchased from Toygear. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner of the product.

  2. Battery Warranty: The battery of our electronic ride-on cars is an essential component. We offer a 12 month warranty on the battery, ensuring that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship. 

    Exclusions and Limitations

    Our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Improper storage or maintenance
