Limited Warranty Coverage

Toygear offers a 12-month limited warranty on all electronic ride-on cars purchased from Toygear. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Benefits

Manufacturing Defects
We warrant that our electronic ride-on cars are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Toygear will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Improper storage, handling, charging, or maintenance
  • Commercial, rental, or non-domestic use
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines

Battery Exclusion

Batteries are consumable components and are NOT covered under this warranty.
Battery performance and lifespan are directly affected by how the battery is used, charged, and stored by the customer. Regular charging and correct maintenance are essential to prevent battery failure.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt.
  3. Describe the issue in detail and include photos or videos where possible.
  4. Our support team will guide you through the process, which may include returning the product for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
  • Shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
