Change of Mind Returns

Toygear may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused.
• The item is in its original packing and unassembled.
• All accessories and manuals are included.
• The customer pays the return freight costs.

All change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Used batteries
• Products damaged through misuse
• Customised or special-order products

Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact Toygear Customer Support.

Customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue (if applicable)

Toygear will provide return instructions and advise the next steps once the request has been assessed.
