Our ride-on cars are designed for kids aged 3 to 8 years old, depending on the specific model. Please check the product details for age recommendations.

2. Are the ride-on cars safe for kids?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All our ride-on cars meet the necessary safety standards and come with features like seat belts, parental remote control, and slow start functions to ensure your child's safety.

3. Do these ride-on cars require assembly?
Assembly will be required, but it's typically straightforward. Each product comes with detailed assembly instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

4. What is the maximum weight capacity for these ride-on cars?
Weight capacity varies by model, but our ride-on cars can typically support kids weighing up to 30kg. Be sure to check the product specifications for the specific model you're interested in.

5. Do the ride-on cars come with a warranty?

6. What type of batteries do these ride-on cars use?
Our ride-on cars are usually powered by rechargeable batteries. Most models use 12V or 24V batteries, depending on the car's size and features.

7. How long does it take to charge the ride-on car's battery, and how long will it last on a single charge?
Charging times and battery life vary by model. On average, it takes about 8-12 hours to charge a ride-on car fully, and the runtime can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the model and usage.

8. Can I purchase replacement parts if something breaks or wears out?

9. Do the ride-on cars come with remote controls for parents?
Yes, many of our ride-on cars come with parental remote controls. This feature allows parents to take control of the car's movements, ensuring the child's safety.

10. What is the return policy if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We have a return policy in place. If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the item, will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. Please note the shipping cost of return will be at buyer's expense. We do not accept returns If merchandise is opened. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Toygear. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer’s end will be limited to a store credit. Personalized items are non-returnable.

11. Are there any special maintenance requirements for these ride-on cars?
Regular maintenance is minimal. Keeping the car clean and ensuring the battery is properly charged is usually sufficient. 

12. How much is the shipping cost?
We encourage all the buyers to pick up your order from our Brisbane based warehouse, 60 Pickering Street, Alderley, QLD 4051. The warehouse is open at 9am to 4pm, 5 days a week, except Public Holidays. If you wish to have your order shipped, we can arrange to deliver by the warehouse or ship via Courier at buyer's expense (freight cost will be confirmed separately). 

13. When can I expect my order to ready for pickup or ship?
Most of our orders will be available for pickup on the day or within 24 hours. Please note we need 24 hours notice if you wish to have your purchase pre-assembled prior to pickup. If you wish to have your order shipped via Courier at cost, we will arrange to dispatch your order on the day or within 24 hours.
